About Me and My Cakes

Hello! I​ 'm Nana. 
I love baking. I love sharing what I bake with my family and friends.

Seeing my family and friends' smiles after their first bite makes me always so happy.

​ My signature cake is a Japanese-style strawberry shortcake.

​ It's one of the most popular cakes that Japanese people (boys and girls,

the young and the old) eat for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.

This cake is very light and not overly sweet unlike the typical cakes you may find in Canada,

I myself am not a big fan of very sweet buttercream either.

So if you're looking for a light, slightly sweet, non-buttercream cake,

I believe our cakes will be a perfect option for you.
